We believe having the correct structure throughout the entire process will provide you with transparency
and enable you to enjoy the process just as much as we do.
ON-SITE PROJECT BRIEFING
At the initial project brief we like to take some time to get to know you and your lifestyle to truly understand your vision. During the first brief, we need as much input as you can provide on elements such as your style, functionality, layout, finishes and of course budget and timeline.
The initial briefing cost is $199.00 Inc GST.
STAGE 1
Following the initial brief, we design your floor plan, conceptual drawings, and put together your fixtures/fittings along with the mood boards to suit your project. Once the conceptual pieces are ready, we will meet to review and start to put the final details into fruition.
Stage 1 is charged hourly, or we can package a deal.
STAGE 2
After the development stage, we start the final drawings with all the finer detail. When these are complete, we will meet and present to you the final drawings, rendered 3D perspectives and scope of works in detail.
Stage 2 is charged hourly.
STAGE 3
During the construction phase your builders will manage the build. We do recommend site visits throughout the construction phase to ensure the design is being adhered to and to ensure you are comfortable with proceedings.
Stage 3 is charged hourly.
STAGE 4
As we move to stage 4 the construction is complete however the project still may require furniture or furnishings to put the final touches in place. Our professional property stylist will work with you to understand your requirements, source and package together all the required furniture and styling pieces.
Stage 4 is charged hourly or a package deal can be provided.
STAGE 5
Lights, Camera and Action. If you have consented for photography we would love to photograph your property and provide you with some beautiful images of your new home.
